ROOTED IN THE ART OF SCULPTURE
In 1970, Danish sculptor Tom Lindhardt realized that children were far more drawn to his free-form abstract sculptures than to the boring, conventional play equipment of the era. His very first creation — the “Crazy Hen” — became an enduring timeless icon.
The name KOMPAN originates from the word “companion”. That is precisely the role every KOMPAN space assumes: accompanying individuals from early childhood through adulthood, supporting every stage of physical and mental growth.
